December

We started the Christmas season with a date to the Nutcracker.  We were fortunate to get tickets for a matinee performance through a friend. The second half got a little long for her, but overall Kaya loved it!  It was the perfect way to kick off the holiday season.

Nana and Pop-Pop came the first weekend in December and were able to come help us choose our Christmas tree.  No rain, kettle corn and hot cider - couldn't have been better!

Making gingerbread our house!  The pre-assembled version from Costco was the best purchase!

Christmas Eve

I wanted a picture of both kids in front of the tree after church on Christmas Eve... As you can see, that didn't work out too well.
